Network News Page

New members, promotions, members birthdays,
and plenty more

November 18th
First of all apologise for the lack of updates and communication from the RingMaster. For the past week he has been unable to access Tripod. But he is back now, and normal service has resummed.

New member alert: Brad (Gorbash99) has become a member as of Nov 17th, as per usual on behalf of all Network Members the RingMaster extends a warm welcome. His membership is a result of the RingMaster's new strategy - he is slowly going around the guestbooks of the Members and, if he sees anybody who has a website, he sends them a Network invite. While we await the link at MikesWeb there is no reason we cannot promote the Network and invite others.

Shane's new site is pretty much up and running; a great place to visit if you are a fan of Insane Clown Posse, and even if you are not it still looks good. Shane assures me of this fact.

Trips afeild are planned for the New Year. Allison is looking into coming to England for a few weeks to visit Andie in Jan 2001. This will be the first in-the-flesh meeting between them, and both are getting quite excited by the prospect. Watch this space. Another first time in-the-flesh meeting is planned for two other love birds in Jan 2001. Shane is hoping to visit his Lexi. Again, the News Page will keep you informed.

The Navigation Bar, as supplied by Yahoo! Webring, has been the cause of some problems off late. The RingMaster has looked into this but cannot for the life of him find the problem. The same problem has appeared on the Network and the RingMaster is seriously considering dropping the Webring side of the Network. More news to follow...

News reviews have been added to the Doctor Who page of the Network, written, this time, by the RingMaster himself.

November 10th
Lexi (Omnipotent Goddess) has joined up as a member. Her website link will be on the members page by the end of the day.

The RingMaster and Shane have teamed up to re-design Shane's website. It should take a few days, but you can view the new front page by going to the members page.

Janie's website is back up and running, once again. She has a new guestbook, so go and sign it, I'm sure she would appreciate it.

November 8th
Another new member has signed up. The irrepressible Jess (Zora), no doubt known to most of you from MikesWeb and one time regular at NetCentral as LadyZora. Her all new website is one that offers quite a few surprises. It certainly surprised the RingMaster. Check it out, you'll like it.

The reunion of Shane and his daughter was a great success. Witnessed by the overwhelming joy expressed in MikesWeb two days ago.

Janie is having tests done, and once I have news from her, it will be on here

Russell has been updating his site a little bit of late. New backgrounds and added personal info.

Mark's move went well, and he is now settled, and back online. Further news once I speak to him. Look out for the new design of his website. Coming soon.

The RingMaster has drafted up four simple rules for all members of the Network. Now added to the main page of this site.

November 5th
News just in. Janie is now remaining in Oz.

The RingMaster has launched his own new website. Find it through the Members Page. And both Jack and Shane have made a few updates to their own sites.

November 4th
Some good news for this weekend, and it comes in many forms. First of all, the Network homesite has been transfered to a new URL. The reason behind this is because over the past year or so (when this site was the RingMaster's personal site) many people could not access it. By moving URLs he should have overcome this problem. In related news, the RingMaster is moving, and doing a major revamp of, his own personal site, now called Coma Black - relating to his handle at MikesWeb and his own changing views and thoughts. More news soon.

Network Member, Mark, is taking the first step into the Next Chapter of his life this weekend. After 23 years he is moving away from his parents' and moving in with his fiance. It is an exciting time for him, a time of great change. To reflect this Next Chapter his own website is undergoing some changes, too, plus a move of its own. The URL can now be found via the Members Page.

A family reunion is all set to take place, as Shane is about to get a visit from his daughter, whom he has not seen in some time. His Mother is bringing her to him, and in this time of happiness the RingMaster (on behalf of the Network) sends warmest wishes.

Finally, the Members Page has been updated to include direct links to the individual websites of each member, with the exception of Janie, who has asked me to withdraw her website from the Network for a short while.

Return To The Network

November 2nd:
First bit of bad news for the Network and it's members. Janie has asked me to share this with you. Recently she has been diagnosed with cancer. Because she is not a native of Australia, she must return to America. There she will be able to undergo treatment, and there she will also have the support of her family. I'm sure I speak on behalf of all the members of the Network in saying that our thoughts and support is with you, Janie. If you wish to send her emails then please contact the RingMaster. Janie has also asked me to share these few words with you: "I am asking for everyone else that has came into my life and made it special. I want all of you to be happy and never ever let anyone tell you can't. Be yourself always, and be honest with yourself and you will have peace. The only person you can rely on is yourself and then everyone else comes into place. Thank you for coming into mine." Take care, hon. *hugz*

November 1st:
MikesWeb have confirmed that they will be the official sponsor of the Network. Connie (wife of Mike) has informed the RingMaster that they will be putting a link for Network registration onto the entry page to MikesWeb Chat as soon as they solve their own little problem. The old motherboard caught fire and they have to replace it. So look out for the Network Registration link coming soon to MikesWeb.

Alterations to the old website of Frankarlin Inc have been completed. It is now officially the Network homesite, with the personal pages of Andie and Mark relegated to their own sites found via the Links page.

More members have signed up, including Shane (ProjectShane) Stepp and Russ (Talisen) Lennie. Upcoming updates include website information on the Members Page, with a five star rating. And soon we shall start having a monthly poll to determine the Frankarlin2000 Network Site Of The Month - so start casting your votes at our usual email address (found on the main page).

Return To The Network

October 29th:
After only a matter of days it is good to see that the Network already consists of ten members. Out of which only one is not an attendee of MikesWeb. As it stands the Network is an eclectic mix of Websites, with alternate views and thoughts. And plenty of humour. Keep promoting, and the Network will grow.

The official sponsor of the Network looks likely to be MikesWeb itself. The RingMaster is currectly talking to the owners of MikesWeb about said idea. The reponse thus far is very favourable. This is good news since it was from the attendees of MikesWeb that the RingMaster first got the idea of the Network in the first place.

The RingMaster celebrated his 28th birthday on October 28th in some style. It was a case of party-hearty on the night of the 28th with friends and family. A mad night, full of crazy dancing. The hightlight is rumoured to be a boys vs girls rendition of the "Grease Megamix" led by the RingMaster himself. It was so successfull that a crowd formed to watch, and there was a major round of applause when it had finished.

Network member, Daniel, celebrated his own birthday on October 29th. His first step into the wonder of the teen years. Our best wishes go to him for the future.

October 21st:
Andie founded the webring of the Frankarlin2000 Network and set about inviting people he already knew from MikesWeb. Three responses on the first day. The Network is launched, and the first RingMaster (Andie) set about looking for an official sponsor.

The RingMaster sets about restructuring his own personal website so it can become the homesite for the Network. Should take him about a week to have it re-vamped.
