What is "Frankarlin2000 Network"?

The "Frankarlin2000 Network" is in it's simplest form: a linked collection of websites.
In other words, a WebRing. It is the brainchild of Andie Frankham. He simply figured
that so often you go into Chat Rooms on the Net and often find people posting links to
their own personal websites, and wouldn't it be great if there was an easy way to go from
one of these sites to another without asking everyone to post a link? To that end, Andie
decided to create a WebRing based at what was once his own personal website, "Frankarlin Inc".

What is the criteria for joining the Network?

The criteria is quite simple. Anyone can join who has a personal website of interest.
It can be about you as a person, it can be a fan based website dedicated to your favourite
TV/movie/music star, etc... As long as it is a personal site then it has a 99% chance of
fitting the criteria. However the RingMaster will not accept any business sites, or
official websites (i.e. the official website for Buffy The Vampire Slayer).

By joining the Network you are agreeing to these four simple rules:

#1 - There MUST be a link of some kind to the Network homesite on
the Website of each member. Be it the WebRing navigation bar (the
HTML for which is found at the Yahoo! WebRing site),
or a link of your own making.

#2 - All members MUST make an entry into the Network Guestbook
when they join. A few simple words of welcome and encouragement
to any potential members looking at the Network homesite.

#3 - Stay in touch with each other as much as is possible.

#4 - By becoming a member of the Network you agree to have both your
real name and MikesWeb handle (if applicable) on the Network Members Page.
